Leeds half Marathon 2017
On Abbey road approaching Abbeydale way on the left,runners should be directed to the right side of the road,around the traffic island immediately before the box junction markings.
Runners will then stay right of the centre line until shortly before the 10 mile mark,where they are directed back to the left,after the long centre traffic island(see below)
It appears that the additional distance from crossing the road is cancelled out by running the inside of the curve by the Abbey. Temporary route is 1.6 mtrs longer. The start line should be moved forward by this amount.
